Remote Account Recharge
Recharge your G2 Calling Services at any time with a land line or cell phone with G2's EASY Remote Account Recharge system.

Important: You must use a touch tone phone for this feature.

To Use:
1. Once registered, dial the Remote Account Recharge number provided in your account log in area.

2. When the call connects with G2's Remote Account Recharge system, enter your account number followed by the "#" sign.

3. Once logged in, select the option for recharging your account.

4. The system will then ask you for a credit card information and the amount of money you wish to add. Follow the instructions and enter all information.

5. Once completed and all information is verified, your account will reflect the new balance.


One Touch Operator Assistance
Reach a G2 customer care associate at anytime from within the recharge interface through the G2 One Touch Operator Assistance.

Important: You must use a touch tone phone for this feature.

To Use:
1. Once registered, dial the Remote Account Recharge number provided in your account log in area.

2. Dial "0" at any time to be connected to the first available G2 customer care associate.
